Visual

Artist Bio
In 1988, while a broadcaster at WJMO radio in Cleveland , Ohio and after many years as a broadcaster in major (and not so major) markets around the country, Willard Fields decided to listen to the call of his entrepreneurial instincts. He formed BRENWILL JEWELRY and began selling costume jewelry in malls and at festivals throughout the Cleveland, Ohio area. Dissatisfied with the general quality of costume jewelry, and with his creative juices gushing, he decided to explore the art of fabricating metals in combination with gemstones.

Mr. Fields says, "I considered formal training but by this time in my life, I had formal training up to my eyebrows and wanted to experiment on my own." As a result of this experimentation, he was able to develop techniques that, he now knows, were considered incorrect but produced original designs of earrings, necklaces, brooches and bracelets.
The results were astounding!

Now Willard Fields is an accomplished jewelry designer.

Mr. Fields has maintained studios in Cincinnatis Pendleton Art Center and Wilmingtons Acme Art Studios and has toured extensively with his work, including shows in Buffalo , Rochester and Bingimton , NY , Paramus , NJ , Arlington , VA , Philadelphia and Pittsburgh , PA , Cleveland , Columbus and Cincinnati , OH , Charleston , WV and St. Croix and St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands and has won several best of show and runner up awards.

After residing in the U.S. Virgin Islands (1999-2004), Willard Fields now calls Wilmington , NC home.
