About Cape Fear Camera Club

The Mission of the Cape Fear Camera Club is to promote and advance the understanding, passion and joy of photography by providing opportunities for education, skill development, picture taking, and competition, critique and fellowship.

Established on September 16, 1987. Members average 100 to 130 per year. There is a wide range of interest among members who pursue both color and black & white aspects of travel, nature, pictorial, and digital photography/imaging.

Monthly Programs meet members interests through presentations, guest speakers, and Club competitions. Some meetings are devoted to individual members sharing their special photographic talent and interests with the group. Members also participate in photographic coverage of community events and area exhibitions and competitions.

In addition to regular meetings, photography outings, competitions, exhibits, and indoor learning sessions are held periodically which together make the club a focal point of photographic interest.

Club Meetings are held each month, September thru June. Please check the web site for meeting times and location.
