| Description: | "Our Lady of 121st Street" by Stephen Adly Guirgis, directed by Reneé Vincent. Beloved community activist and nun Sister Rose has passed and her body has been stolen. Dark, humorous and insightful events unfold as the diverse collection of neighborhood characters she served comfort, confront and confound one another. Co-sponsored by the Department of Theatre and the Upperman African American Cultural Center. Tickets are required and will only be available the day of the show, one hour prior to show time at the Cultural Arts Building Box Office. |
