Artist Bio
With a repertoire ranging from sultry jazz to spunky blues vocals, native Detroit vocalist, Brenda Bradley, has appeared at jazz and contemporary festivals and venues nationally, including Chicago, New York City, and Detroit.
Composer, recording artist and keyboardist, Kevin Kolb, performs with his trio at leading venues and jazz festivals in the region. He studied with piano great, Dr. Billy Taylor and has composed for radio and TV, including multiple Dawson Creek episodes.
For the past fifteen years, saxophonist and recording artist, Benny Hill, frequently performs with his own groups and others ranging from orchestras to cruise ship bands and has shared the stage with jazz notables such as Dexter Gordon, Percy Heath, and Eddie Henderson.
Drummer/percussionist and educator, Troy Pierce, was classically trained at the North Carolina School of Arts. He has shared the stage with artists such as Delfeayo Marsalis, served on faculties including Julliard and the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater and opened the Up and Coming Percussion Studio in 2001.
